This blog is going to be dedicated to local Kansas City (and some non-local on occasion) restaurants and eateries. I LOVE food and love to try new restaurants. By no means am I schooled in the culinary arts, but I have tested some of the best foods all over the country and I know what tastes good and I know what does not. I appreciate organic, fresh food, precise technique, stunning presentation, great service in a comfortable setting.
